1. Eligibility

  • By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.

  • To list services or make use of the Platform, you must create an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.

  • Initha reserves the right to remove or reject listings that violate our policies.

4. Packages and Payments

  • Initha offers different listing packages (e.g., Standard and Pro) at published rates.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

  • All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Initha, you agree:

  • Not to use the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.

  • Not to post or distribute offensive, abusive, or discriminatory content.

  • Not to copy, resell, or exploit any part of the Platform without permission.

6. Marketplace Role

  • Initha acts only as a platform connecting service providers and customers.

  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or performance of any listed services.

  • Any agreements, payments, or disputes between users are solely between those parties.

7. Reviews and Feedback

  • Customers may leave reviews and ratings on listings.

  • Reviews must be honest and respectful.

  • Initha may remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform (logo, design, text, and software) is owned by Initha or licensed to us.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Suspension and Termination

  • Initha may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

  • Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Initha is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our Platform.

  • We make no guarantees regarding the availability or error-free operation of the Platform.

11. Changes to the Terms

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

  • Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of South Africa.
